General Description
These Special Terms supplement the provisions of the Subscription Agreement (“SA”) and Terms and Conditions specific to the Globe At Home: GFiber Prepaid (“T&C”) (the SA and T&C shall be collectively referred to as “Agreement”). In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of the Agreement and these Special Terms, the provisions of these Special Terms shall prevail as to the subject matter herein contained. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement not otherwise inconsistent with these Special Terms shall remain binding and effective.

INSTALLATION FEE
The one-time installation fee worth One Thousand Four Hundred Ninety-Nine Pesos (Php 1,499 regular price)* will be paid upfront during the checkout process via the GlobeOne App (https://globeone.onelink.me/ej7I/G1Ref).
Note: GFiber Prepaid installation is subject to area serviceability.
*For a limited period only, the one-time installation fee will only be Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine (Php 999).

Redemption of Disney+, may be done via SMS 7 days after Top Up. These vouchers should be redeemed within 30 days from SKU purchase. Failure to redeem the free content vouchers within the allowable period shall forfeit the offer.
ELIGIBILITY
All Globe At Home: GFiber Prepaid Customers are eligible to avail of the UNLI INTERNET prepaid promos.
Note: All GFiber Prepaid installations are subject to Globe rules, policies and regulatory terms and conditions.
*GFiber Prepaid is available to Filipino and non-Filipino customers.
REFUND
- Customers whose installation is canceled due to reasons solely attributable to Globe shall be eligible for a full refund within 24 hours.
- Customers whose installation is canceled due to incorrect information provided by the customer upon application is considered a customer-related cancellation and shall not be eligible for refund.
- Other customer-initiated cancellations due to personal reasons (i.e. change of mind, modify address) shall not be eligible for any refund.
- Globe reserves the right to approve or deny any requests for refund.
Replacement, Repairs and Warranty
The GFiber Prepaid device warranty is valid for 365 days from the date of installation of the GFiber Prepaid modem.
If within seven (7) days from the date of modem installation, the modem was found defective as determined by Globe, it will be replaced free of charge by a Globe technician via the GlobeOne app (https://globeone.onelink.me/ej7I/G1Ref). If issues and/or concerns are encountered after 7 days and still within the warranty period, the subscriber can request for a technician check-up for device diagnostics via the GlobeOne App (https://globeone.onelink.me/ej7I/G1Ref).
The technician check-up fee costs Php 500.00, which will be charged outright to the customer upon booking of technician check-up via Globe One app (https://globeone.onelink.me/ej7I/G1Ref). Should the reason for repair is attributable to Globe, the P500 check-up fee shall be refunded to the customer.
However, if the issue is determined to be caused by reasons not covered by the warranty such as but not limited to issues within the customer’s premises, software alterations, attempted repair from an unauthorized service provider, tampering and similar instances, the warranty shall be voided and the repair costs shall be charged to the customer. Except for reasons attributable to Globe or due to proven factory defects, when a succeeding visit is necessary, any additional repair costs and technician fee must be paid by the customer via GCash (QR Code to be presented by the technician).
Upon completion of repair, the customer shall sign an acceptance waiver confirming that the issue has been resolved and service has been restored.
Warranty Terms & Conditions
- Globe warrants the product to be free from defects in material or workmanship within one (1) year from the date of purchase under normal use.
- The device warranty does not cover any damage due to accident, misuse, negligence, environmental deterioration, natural disaster, cosmetic damage which may result to any damages that may affect the performance of the device, hardware or software modifications done by customer, cosmetic modification, faults due to wear and tear, attempted repair of modem from unauthorized service center, tampering, use of other accessories not authorized by Globe, any use of the device in a manner not in accordance with the instruction manual or other similar instances.
- To avail of the warranty, customers must schedule a technician check-up from Globe via the GlobeOne App (https://globeone.onelink.me/ej7I/G1Ref). Tampering by unauthorized technicians will invalidate the warranty.
If your GFiber Prepaid account has been inactive (no promo/regular loading activity) for one hundred and eighty (180) days, your account will be disconnected. If this happens, you may apply again subject to area serviceability which can be checked via GlobeOne App (https://globeone.onelink.me/ej7I/G1Ref).
Globe shall have the full ownership and administrator rights over the Globe-provided modem/routers. These equipment shall be pulled-out and/or returned to Globe upon disconnection of the GFiber Prepaid service after one hundred and eighty (180) days of no promo/regular loading activity.
GLOBE reserves the right to add, delete, stop or modify any or all of the offerings without prior notice.
By checking “I hereby agree and accept.” or by signing this form, the customer hereby confirms that he/she has read and understood the foregoing Special Terms and Agreement (https://shop.globe.com.ph/terms- and-conditions) and the Data Privacy Policy (https://www.globe.com.ph/privacy-policy.html) and that he/she agrees to be bound thereby.
